Art Room

Welcome to the Art Room

Welcome to the Art Room – the most colourful and creative corner of our school!

Here, imagination meets expression. Our students explore their creativity through painting, sketching, drawing, sculpture, and craftwork. The Art Room provides a welcoming space where young minds are encouraged to experiment with colours, materials, styles, and techniques.

Through artistic activities, students develop observation, patience, concentration, problem-solving skills, and confidence in expressing their ideas. Every creation reflects a unique perspective and celebrates the individuality of each child.

At Athena World School, we believe that art nurtures imagination, inspires innovation, and makes learning a joyful experience.

Imagine, Create, Express!

1 — Art Activities and Creative Skills

The Art Room offers students opportunities to explore a variety of creative activities, including drawing, painting, sketching, colouring, paper crafts, and hands-on projects. These activities help children develop fine motor skills, imagination, concentration, and artistic expression.

Students are encouraged to experiment with different techniques, explore new ideas, and learn through practice. Each activity helps them discover their interests, build confidence, and appreciate the beauty of creativity.

2 — Learning Through Art

Art encourages students to observe the world around them, think creatively, and express their feelings and ideas in meaningful ways. Through individual and group projects, students learn patience, collaboration, problem-solving, and respect for different perspectives.

At Athena World School, creative learning goes beyond making artwork. It nurtures curiosity, encourages independent thinking, and helps every child recognise that there are many wonderful ways to express an idea.

Creative Words from the Art Room

“The Art Room is not just a space; it is a world of imagination where every child is an artist.”

At Athena World School, we celebrate every colour, every idea, and every creation. We encourage our students to explore their imagination fearlessly, express themselves creatively, and discover the joy of turning ideas into art.

Every child has a story to tell, and art gives that story its colours.
